Shipping Policy
We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order. We use 3rd party vetted suppliers for production and order fulfillment. We reserve the right to ship items separately.
Order Processing
New orders usually shipped within 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive your tracking number at the time a label is created. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
Important
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Emmspired.

Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
However, in the event of the following, refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order.

The item(s) roved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we were contacted within 14 days calendar days from the date of delivery. Please email info@emmspired.com with your order number, a description of your issue, and a picture of the item.
Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account.
